1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at fresno.pro (the “Site”) or engaging Fresno.Pro (“Fresno.Pro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to build or manage a website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

Fresno.Pro designs, builds, hosts, and manages websites for small businesses in and around Fresno, California — including Clovis, Merced, Stockton, Modesto, and Visalia — with a focus on search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO). The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in the proposal or order confirmation we provide to you.

3. Free Website Build & Monthly Management

We build your website at no upfront cost, with the finished site typically available within 1–2 business days of receiving your content and access where required. The free build is provided in connection with an active monthly management subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you have the option to purchase the website we built for you at a mutually agreed price not to exceed $800. Details of any such purchase are confirmed in writing at the time of cancellation.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days from the date your website goes live, we will refund the full amount you have paid us — no questions asked. To request a refund, email compliance@fresno.pro within the 30-day window. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. This money-back guarantee applies only to monthly management fees paid during the first 30 days and does not cover any optional website purchase described in Section 3.

5. Fees, Billing & Cancellation

Our standard management fee is $100 per month. A monthly promotional rate of $79 per month is currently available; the promotion may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel anytime by emailing compliance@fresno.pro; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 4). After the 30-day window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information; timely content, images, and access to any third-party accounts we reasonably require; and to ensure your business information (name, address, phone, hours) is correct. You are responsible for the legality of any content you ask us to publish and for obtaining any licenses for assets you supply.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees owed, you own the content you provide to us and the finished website design created for your business. We retain ownership of underlying templates, tools, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property, and grant you a license to use them as part of your site. Until paid in full, we reserve the right to suspend or remove the website.

8. Third-Party Services

Your website may integrate with third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting, analytics, and Google Business Profile. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those services, and their respective terms apply to your use of them.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, or business results. SEO and AEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and AI model behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresno.Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site or receive services. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the managed website and related services ceases, except as otherwise provided in Section 7.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
